Which one to choose
Pick by time of day first. The Day Drops are sold for daytime, the Night Drops and Night Caps for evenings, and the Gelatti tincture for any time. If you want the clearest numbers, the Gelatti tincture is the one: the CBD amount is printed for both sizes, and the 30ml is double the CBD for $16 more.
Choose caps over drops if you don’t like the taste of oil or want the same amount every time. Choose drops if you want to adjust by the drop.
How to take a Cookies CBD tincture
- Shake the bottle well.
- Fill the dropper to the mark you want. Half a dropper is a sensible first try.
- Hold the oil under your tongue for about a minute, then swallow.
- Give it around 45 minutes before taking more.
Keep notes for the first week so you can repeat what worked. If you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, ask a doctor before using CBD.
Storage
Keep bottles upright, capped, at room temperature and out of sunlight. Soft gels stick together in heat, so keep the caps away from windows and cars.

How long a bottle lasts

Once you’ve opened a bottle, keep the cap tight and the dropper clean. Don’t let the dropper touch your mouth, because it can carry bacteria back into the oil. Wipe it with a clean tissue if it does.
