Drops or caps?

Drops go under the tongue, act a bit faster and let you adjust the amount by the drop. Caps are the same 10mg every time and have no taste. A sensible route is to start with drops, find an amount that suits you over a week or two of writing down what you took, then switch to caps once you know your number. If you take medication, check with a doctor before adding CBD.

Our Cookies CBD tincture guide compares all four in more detail. Prefer to vape? See the Cookies CBD carts. Code yummycookies# takes 15% off.
