Cookies Carts terms and conditions

These Cookies Carts terms and conditions apply to every order placed on cookiescartsusa.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated October 2026.

Who can buy under the Cookies Carts terms and conditions

You must be 21 or older to order from Cookies Carts USA. You’re responsible for checking that the products you order are allowed where you live. Hemp and CBD vape rules differ from state to state and change over time.

Products and descriptions

Cookies Carts USA is an online store for Cookies carts products. We’re a retailer, not the manufacturer. Product pages repeat the information on the box and listing, such as CBD amounts and sizes. Photos show the product as supplied, but packaging can change between batches. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping. Code yummycookies# gives 15% off. If we list a price by mistake, we’ll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and stock

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We only list products we have in stock, but if something sells out before we can pack your order, we’ll tell you and refund that item.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We ship from stock after the order is confirmed and send tracking by email. Our US shipping guide explains what to expect and what to do if a parcel is late.

Returns on faulty items

If a product arrives damaged or doesn’t work, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it. Email sales@cookiescartsusa.com to start a return.

Using products safely

Keep vapes, batteries and tinctures away from children and pets. Charge batteries with the cable supplied and don’t leave them charging unattended. Talk to a doctor before using CBD if you’re pregnant, nursing or taking medication.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Accounts and coupon codes

You can check out as a guest or create an account. Keep your login details private, since orders placed from your account are treated as yours. Coupon codes work at checkout and can be changed or withdrawn at any time, but a code that was valid when you ordered will be honored.
